Adding / Removing Pillars

PILLAR CHANGE REQUESTS

For any Pillar change, either adding or removing, the Franchisee can send the request directly to support, OR complete the Pillar Change Form, which will then create a ticket (if a direct ticket comes to support, you do not have to resend this form). You must then forward the ticket to the following addresses and wait for approval depending on the pillar requested.

PMI Pillar Pages and Redirects

PMI Pillar Cancellation Checklist

  1. Delete pages from website
  2. Delete Pillars from the nav snippet
  3. Delete Pillars from the footer snippet
  4. Update the pillars snippet
  5. Add redirects to their site (reference google sheets documents)
  6. If you remove the primary Pillar, Residential for example...
    1. Check the home page buttons to make sure they point to the new primary Pillar
    2. Set the Pillar in the Services section of the home page
    3. Set the Pillar in the Areas section of the home page
  7. Remove the Pillars in the Website Setup line of their subscription in NestHub
  8. Remove the Pillars from their Location in the Corp NestHub Account
  9. Update Hoth so correct Pillar content is generated

PMI Pillar Addition Checklist

  1. Add pages to website (reference google sheets document and PMI Template)
  2. Add Pillars from the nav snippet
  3. Add Pillars from the footer snippet
  4. Update the pillars snippet
  5. Double check the pages for any missing forms
  6. Add the Pillars in the Website Setup line of their subscription in NestHub
  7. Add the Pillars from their Location in the Corp NestHub Account
  8. Update Hoth so correct Pillar content is generated
  9. Update PMI Monday Board
