CREATE A PROFILE

  1. After logging in, click the plus sign in the upper left hand corner of the page to add a new account.
  2. This will take you to a screen with a form field where you can type in the business name. Type in their business name as it appears on the Google Business Profile. Select the business that most closely corresponds with their Company Name AND Address & click "Next".
  3. Select the different social profiles that match their company name & address from the list. **If you're unsure if a listing is theirs, click "View" and check out the profile details to see if the logo & location seem to match, if so, click the checkbox. Click "Next"
  4. Save the customers logo off of their website and upload it here. Inspect the page on their site and pick out the hex color that is their primary brand color and add it. Click "Next". This step may take a second to process but will ultimately take you to their new Grade.us profile & the Funnel.

FUNNEL

  1. UNDER THE LINKS TAB:
    • Make sure company name and address form fields are filled out, make sure all social sites are added and the green checkbox is checked EXCEPT YELP.
      • **Requesting reviews from Yelp can get our customers blacklisted.
    • You can add additional listings such as BBB, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc by clicking "Add Listing", finding the social platform from the list, and following the on screen instructions for that specific social site.
    • Add the customers email(s) to receive notifications

  2. UNDER THE SETUP TAB:
    • Change the shortname to their business name (i.e. property-manager-websites)
    • Upload the logo if it isn't already there and uncheck the box for "Show business name text"
    • Change the thumbs up/thumbs down to stars
    • Replace the CSS in the Custom CSS field with the following & update the link of the first background image with either their home banner image or a secondary banner image that fits their brand & update the stars background image with the gradeus-star.png file changed to their company color and uploaded to their images folder on their site

  3. UNDER THE CONTENT TAB:
    • Update the Threshold dropdown to be "4 or more stars to review"

SET UP REPORTS

  1. Go to Reports --> Scheduled Reports from the menu on the left-hand side of the page
  2. Click "New Scheduled Report" button
  3. Schedule: Send on the 1st of Each Month
  4. Timeframe Covered: 1 Month
  5. White-label this report?: Property Manager Websites
  6. Add Customer's Email to Recipients & Click "Update Settings"

SET UP DRIP CAMPAIGN EMAILS

  1. Go to Review Requests --> Email Settings from the menu on the left-hand side of the page
  2. Update all From Name:, From Email:, and Reply-to: fields on all 3 emails to be the customers email on the right hand side of the page
  3. Update all 3 emails with the corresponding Subject Line & Email Contents as follows
    • Grab the image to swap in the emails by going back into the Funnel, Inspecting the page over the logo, and copying that element

SET UP WIDGET ON SITE

  1. Go to My Reviews --> Review Steam
  2. Check boxes should be "Show Reviews" & "Use reviewer's last initial" -- uncheck "Include empty?" --> Click Update Embed Code
  3. Grab the code from the first box labelled "Review Stream Embed Code"
  4. Add code to Testimonials page, PM pages, & Home Page -- remove the script to be able to lazyload
  5. Add Lazyload Script from the "Site Speed" section of the resources into the master js file within the Document Ready Function so widget doesn't load until scrolled into view

ADD CUSTOMER AS A USER

  1. Go to My Manage on bottom left-hand of screen
  2. Click "+ Add a User" button
  3. Fill out the form fields --> Give User Access to their respective account in the dropdown --> Only give access to Links, Widgets, Review Request, & My Reviews --> Click Submit button
  4. The customer will get an email notifying them to create a password and log into their new account
  5. **GRADE.US ONLY ALLOWS FOR 1 USER PER ACCOUNT, DO NOT ADD MORE THAN 1 USER WITHOUT CHARGING AN ADDITIONAL FEE

SEND OUT REVIEW EMAIL

  1. Log into donotreply@kohva.com & send the customer the email setup for grade.us that includes links with additional info, their custom review link, & their email signature
  2. To Find Email Signature go to Widgets --> Digital --> & Copy one of the two widgets from the page and paste it into the email. You can change the look of the widget by selecting from the Dropdown to stars, thumbs, ect.
