  1. Go to https://reporting.nesthub.com/campaigns then hit “Create Campaign

  2. Add Company name as “Campaign Title” then add URL as “Website Address”. Leave the “Report Delivery Timezone” as is. Then if they are Market Leader or HRG please add that “Group” as a drop down. IF they are NEITHER, leave blank. Then hit “Create”.

  3. After you hit “Create” it takes you to this screen. You will start adding integrations.

  4. We will connect for the client “Google Analytics” & “Google Search Console” first by clicking on the integration then hit “connect new account”. Then you will paste the company’s URL into the bar and it will automatically pop up for both of these integrations. Select the URL and then hit “Connect”. Repeat this process for Search console.

  5. Now you will connect “CallRail” click on this integration then hit “Connect new account”, Then search the company name and it will automatically pop up. Select the company and hit “Connect

  6. The last integration you will connect for any account is “Rankings”. Click on the integration and then hit “Enable”. The screen changes and you will then hit “Explore Rankings”. You will land here.

  7. Now you will hit “Add Keywords”. You will go to the Company’s service page on their website and copy all of their Areas and paste them into the keyword section. Then you will add “Property Management” to the end of each area to create the keyword. Then Hit “Continue” So it looks like below.

  8. Then you will choose a location. Type in the state the company is located. Select it and then hit “Continue

  9. Then it will take you to the next page that is “language”, leave it as it and just hit “continue

  10. Then it will take you to the next page that asks if you want to “tag your keywords”, leave everything as is and hit “add keywords

  11. Now you’ll see the keywords on the page. You will need to hit the little levels button on the top right to add other options.

  12. Select all of theGoogle & Bing labeled options, as well as Volume. Then you are done with Rankings and integrations. PLEASE NOTE: bing webmaster tools will need to be added for Market Leaders only, please see Mikayla if you need to add this.

  13. Now you will go to Dashboard in the left side navigation. Then hit “Create Dashboard

  14. Now select “Clone an existing dashboard

  15. Now for ALL clients besides market leaders, you will select 1st Choice’s Dashboard. Then hit “continue”. For Market Leaders, you will type in “Market Leader” into the search bar and copy a report that is called “Market Leader Advanced Reporting

  16. Then it will ask what you would like to name the dashboard, keep it as is and hit “continue”.

  17. Your Dashboard has been created and it will take you to that screen. Please hit “Save” in the top right corner.

  18. Now you will go to “Reports” in the left side navigation. Then hit “Create Report”.

  20. For ALL clients except market leaders, you will type in 1st Choice and select that Report. Then hit “continue”. For Market leader’s you will type in Market Leader and select a report that is called “Market Leader Monthly Report

  21. Then it will take you to a screen asking to name the report, leave it as is and hit “continue

  22. The report has now been created. In the top right corner you will see “Save”, hit the drop down arrow and select “Save & Schedule

  23. Then it will take you to this screen, leave everything as is and hit “continue

  24. Then add as many emails as needed in the recipient's area. Then hit “save”. The report is now done.

  25. Now you will go to “Users” in the left side navigation. Then hit “Create Users

  27. Then you will add the client’s first name, last name, their email address, and then YOU will create a password for them. I always do the “companyname123”. Make SURE that the drop down under “Email Credentials to user” is selected “YES”. Then hit “continue

  28. It will then take you to this screen, where you can give access to other campaigns if you need. The correct campaign will already be selected. Hit “continue

  30. Then you will always select “Rob Kaizen” to copy permissions. Then hit “continue

  31. ADVANCED REPORTING IS DONE!!!!!!! Please note, that all other integrations can be connected by client. It is up to them to login and use this system!
